Thanks again for posting this, Chris. As always, kudos to you and all of Team Substack.

You should be so proud of what you've created...and continue to improve.

I've never used a platform that "just works" as well as yours. Thank you.

Just watched the repeat, video quality was very good.

A lot of valid points, especially about one off tipping, which has an irrational appeal to a lot of writers and readers. (People can always 'tip' by subscribing for one month, then cancelling, if they feel so moved to part with a few dollars.)

As always, if I had a vote I would cast it for a vision larger than features.

Features are obviously necessary and helpful, but every platform on the net has features. Features aren't special and newsworthy, they're ordinary, routine, expected, and taken for granted. Features are like AI generated articles, useful in some situations, but mechanical devices lacking a human soul.

Almost all of the most successful companies are Earth are trying to inject some human soul in to their business models via various charitable projects.

Substack has an advantage over all these companies. While these other companies have to spend their own money to do charitable work, Substack can MAKE MONEY using other people's money to do charitable work. You get your 10% cut as always, as you should.

Good works are good business.

The video came across clear — great sound, nice music at the end. Dare I say the best.

I'm new here and learning. I feel like I am in an MFA program. Cool beans all around. Thank you and the Substack team for giving purpose to so many creators....
